What Happens After Graduation?

What happens after graduation?
You either find a job you like, you either don't find a job you like, or you don't find a job at all, or you start a startup and succeed, or you start a startup and fail.
How many people do you think land in the "you either don't find a job you like" and/or "you don't find a job at all" or "you start a startup and fail"?
I don't know exactly. But I am 100% sure it's in the hundreds of millions.
Why is that?
Because society is built for permission-based work. It's not reality. It's how it is marketed by society. But it's a misleading vision. It's not true.
You actually don't need permission to start working on something.
You actually don't need permission to meet new people.
You actually don't need permission to start working.
I know, the root cause is that money is in the hands of recruiters/businesses. That's why people are desperate to find a job at all costs - even if they don't like it. If you don't find a job, you don't have an income and you can't live basically by definition.
But why do people get rejected?
Because it's competitive, they say.
Because you don't have the skills required, they say.
Because you don't have the required work experience, they say.
Stop.
If we go early, and give humans early in their lives a venue to come together, tell them that you should start working now on something, and learn while solving problems hands-on, that they don't require permission to do so... that's when we turn around the cards.
