Hello World! What is Permissionless Work? Today, you there is an illusion worldwide: you cannot get work experience without permission from a company. Students & recent graduates are especially vulnerable to this trap. I personally got rejected many times. Either I would receive a generic mass-sent rejection feedback that is identical except for my name amongs hundreds of other applicant, or I would not hear back at all. I'm not alone, I know millions of students & recent graduates face the same challenge worldwide. I understand, recruiters get flooded with applications, but that is not a valid reason the way it is today should continue to remain like that for the future. Especially given that there is AI now. The cost of getting work experience has dropped significantly. The challenges are greater as well: AI produces lots of mistakes, it hallucinates. AI is unreliable by default. It's probabilistic, not deterministic (meaning 2x2 is not equal to 4 always, it can be 5, it can be 3 and so on). AI + humans = superpower. I've built ProjKilo initially to replace existing social media, as I don't like the short-lived content of the traditional Feed, and the associated short-lived reaction methods of likes, comments etc. I've pioneered ProjKilo to be the World's Platform for Projects initially, replacing a Feed of posts/pictures/videos with a Feed of worldwide projects (which I call ProjKilos). Then I've changed it to be the World's Platform for Student Projects, as why would students/recent graduates (the first group of potential futurists) care about a worldwide platform for projects perhaps? Students care more about passing their exams, they often don't think about getting a job yet - until it is too late. Finally I have changed it to be The Worldwide Permissionless Work Platform. An individual ProjKilo is a worldwide permissionless project that anyone anywhere in the world can start or join. ProjKilo is the Capital of those projects: The Capital of ProjKilos.
