The EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is pressuring Belgian SMEs to report carbon and social metrics, but they lack the budget for premium consultants. EcoMetrics EU is a student-led consulting initiative building a plug-and-play digital framework using Excel and PowerBI that allows local businesses to audit their operations. We will recruit pilot SMEs in Brussels and Leuven, run the framework, and produce compliant ESG reports, giving our team verified consulting and regulatory data experience.
