InnovateEU: Non-Dilutive Grant Strategy for ClimateTech

Startups are starving for capital, yet billions of euros in EU and local Belgian innovation grants go unclaimed because technical founders don't know how to navigate the bureaucratic application processes. In this permissionless project, our student advisory team will act as Public Funding Consultants. We will select a real Belgian ClimateTech scale-up using public registry data, map their business model to active public funding calls, and draft a comprehensive grant proposal including the financial budget justification. The final deliverable is an elite portfolio piece proving you can secure capital without diluting equity—a skill highly prized by VC firms and public sector consulting desks.
