Cash flow is the number one killer of new agencies and freelance businesses in Europe due to 60-90 day B2B payment terms. We are designing a modern factoring model where outstanding invoices are verified and funded rapidly with lower fees than legacy banks. This project requires business students to design the financial risk model, map out the EU legal framework for invoice factoring, and build a high-fidelity business case and prototype to pitch to early-stage VC funds.
